Registering for Mesa's New Business License

Effective January 3, 2022, the City of Mesa, Arizona enacted a business license requirement for all businesses operating within City limits. We'll walk you through submitting your application here.

Then, once you are logged in, you will follow these instructions to apply: 

You will need to upload a valid government identification card issued to the designated agent or an individual with 10% or greater ownership interest in the business, as well as a completed Licensing Eligibility form for businesses that are solely owned, or a joint venture (you do not need it if the license applicant is a corporation, limited liability company, or a general partnership).
